Office of School Choice

Duval County Public Schools has various departments to assist in providing the best educational experience possible for the children of Jacksonville. The Office of School Choice is here to help you navigate the process. The Office of School Choice encourages families to focus on the interests of the child, rather than a particular school to attend. An annual publication of all public schools in Jacksonville including school themes and programs is released each January to assist families in matching children with the programs offered by our schools. For families who may need a more hands-on approach, School Choice Technicians are available for face-to-face or virtual meetings throughout the school year.
